I founded The MindShift Effect out of my love for leadership development and change management. I have witnessed the many barriers to successful organizational transformation, and it can feel daunting at times when you don’t know where to look for the right information or how to narrow your focus with so much noise coming in.

I have 25 years of experience in leadership development, change management, education, and public speaking, I've had the privilege of working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and experience levels, from emerging leaders to executive coaching. I am a Prosci Certified Change Management Practitioner, a Certified Hogan Leadership Coach, and hold my Master’s degree in Curriculum Development.

Every day, I wake up with a purpose - I have sought to make the world a better place by inspiring others to embrace their passions and authentic selves. Through my humor and optimism, I aim to ignite courage in individuals to venture beyond their comfort zones, recognizing that true growth resides outside familiarity. By exemplifying resilience and gratitude in facing life's challenges, I aspire to showcase the transformative power of perspective and perseverance. My hope is that, on a modest scale, I have instilled positivity and a belief that with gratitude, any obstacle can be overcome.

You might cross paths with me hiking up a mountain, searching for a waterfall, or paddleboarding on a nearby lake. I love traveling and have been fortunate to explore close to 50 countries and 45 states, including living in Singapore and The Netherlands for over a decade. Despite my adventures abroad, I find the Pacific Northwest to be a truly stunning place to call home!
